If so, please submit your info in the comment box below. It is very important that you provide a detailed description of where your funds will be utilized.
Also, let us know if money has been requested for this purpose in the past? If so, has an update of the funds use been provided?
Your requests will be reviewed at the next PTA meeting (you are welcome to attend). You will be notified by the treasurer after the request is voted on. The PTA requires a summary of funds use (i.e. an update). Note: No future money will be awarded without an update on past funds use.
